These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Square Care’s GP and Nursing home-based medical services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Square Care provides GP consultations, nursing care, and medical support at your home. Services provided are agreed upon during booking.
Emergency Care Disclaimer
Square Care does not provide emergency medical services. In case of emergency, please contact emergency services immediately by dialling 999.
Bookings and Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via our website, email, or phone. Confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you via email or text message.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee equivalent to the service booked.
Payment Terms
Payment for services can be made securely via PayPal / Stripe or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following your appointment.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided if a service is cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
